A rewrite of the 'foghorn' DNS greylisting project to take the old python POC and update it to a golang version both for the purpose of updating the codebase to no longer use unsupported python and to scale the concept for uses outside of a lab.

The anticipated improvements center around the ability to coordinate and distribute greylist contents between nodes; the ability to coordinate with firewalls for IP session based interdiction; and the ability to conform with and anticipate newer name resolution technologies.
