Major feature enhancements
This release adds mlib to the configure script, support for extract-xiso optimized images, support for big endian machines, make install/uninstall. There are updates to compile on the following platforms: x86 Linux, x86-64 Linux, x86 FreeBSD, x86 NetBSD, Mac OS X, Alpha Linux, and SPARC Solaris.
