Moved the templates to /sonomaXSL and cascading style sheets to /sonomaXSL/CSS, corrected "section title", added two or three new themes (styles), configured web.xml with initial parameters, added the ability to select the theme (template) and style sheet from the control panel, and separated booktemp.xsl into app.xsl, docbookp.xsl, and utils.xsl. The Tomcat 'Memory Realm' is now used for logins and security, and Calendar uses the new 'generatecalendar.xml' file instead of a Java class.
