NTXShape is a GIS data conversion tool that
translates CARIS NTX interchange files into the
ESRI shapefile format. It converts points, lines,
polygons, text, spot heights, and soundings,
preserving virtually all of the information found in
the source data. It includes a command-line
interface and a static library.
