OGG and Flac support is now included. You can now use
configuration files to store options. Long command line

Changes since 0.02 include bugfixes to the dummy

cannot be world-writable as it is unsafe. New
features in mp3burn include a time check that can
now be based on CDR ATIP time, the $CDR_DEVICE
environment variable now being checked, and the
default tempdir can be specified in ~/.mp3burnrc.
