Minor feature enhancements
Added a SimpleDateFormat "%d{HH:SS}", including predefined formats. Documentation was added to Log::Log4perl::Appender and PatternLayout. Time::HiRes is now optional - PatternLayout now uses full seconds as %r if necessary. Custom levels were added, along with a fix to init_and_watch, and the following functions: logdie, logwarn, error_warn, error_die, logcarp, logcluck, logcroak, and logconfess.
