C.O.R.E. server is a small, robust, and fast framework that gives a starting point for distributed projects by providing services via TCP/IP. It can give access to server management, centralized persistent configuration, logging, an NLS database, mail/SMS gateway, weather reports, or anything you can create a simple service class for. A Swing GUI is provided, and the Config and Server services work. A simple text protocol is used to communicate with the server, which can be queried and managed using telnet only. Hypersonic SQL is included to make the Configuration service work. The TCP/IP server can be used for writing your own reliable server.
