Minor bugfixes
M-JPEG and Dir files are no longer recreated if there are no changes. There is a new option --list-configs to list already defined configurations, and an option --show-config to list options defined in the configuration chosen with the --config option.

The -sample option of the "display" command is now
used to resize images, since -resize is slower.
Mplayer and other commands were replaced as much
as possible with transcode. A "compact" Template
was added. The new "CLASS" info field was created
to remember the class of an item. The default of
the "save-always" option was changed from 0 to 1,
meaning to save after each item.
