Davenport is a Java Servlet-based application
providing WebDAV access to an entire SMB network.
This enables users to connect to Windows and Samba
shares via WebDAV clients such as Mac OS X,
Windows Web Folders, etc. or any Web browser.
Workgroups are browseable, and users are
authenticated against a domain. WebDAV clients can
upload, download, create directories, etc.
Non-WebDAV clients (i.e., "normal" Web browsers)
can also access the network of shares and download
files. When run over HTTPS, this application
provides a reasonably secure means of accessing an
internal Windows/Samba network over the Internet
without requiring a VPN.

The Internet Media Manager is a Web-based database
application that allows webmasters to centrally
store their images and videos to be served on
their sites. It provides a Youtube-like interface
whereby users can simply copy and paste code
snippets to embed images and videos into their Web
pages. It also provides a photo gallery component
that allows users to easily embed a gallery of
images into their Web pages by simply copying and
pasting a snippet of Javascript code.

DirsSync is a python tool to synchronise 2 directories. This application will synchronise all the files and all the sub-directories, and prompt the user to confirm all the moves.

DFM is the abbreviation for Desktop File Manager. "Desktop" stands for the capability to place icons on the root window. DFM trys to simulate the look and feel of the OS/2 WPS. It works with most window managers.

emelFM is a file manager that implements the popular two-pane design. It features a simple GTK+ interface, a flexible filetyping scheme, and a built-in command line for executing commands without opening an xterm.

elRTE is a WYSIWYG HTML editor for the Web written using jQuery. It features rich text editing, options for changing its appearance and style, insertion and management of various HTML elements with formatting (images, tables, lists, etc.), support for viewing and editing HTML code, and normal and full-screen modes.

DiskSearch is a tool for searching for files on all your removable media disks, including CDs, ZIP disks, and backup tapes. It allows you to search for songs on your MP3 CDs or for a document on your backup DVDs. For advanced queries, a regular expression search mode is provided. Searches are based on a simple database file, which needs to be filled once by adding all your disks to it.

The ego file manager is a GTK+2 file manager that
uses libferris for its VFS and provides evas2, GTK
tree, and optional Mozilla browser views.

OneFinger is a general-purpose GUI for composing
CLI commands with the mouse. Although entirely
graphical, it does not attempt to hide the underlying
CLI language. It increases your productivity over
classical hand-typing by caching commands typed into
terminals, which tend to be highly repetitive.
Repeated commands can be selected from a list,
ordered by last usage time. It includes an integrated
file browser that helps you insert filenames without
typing them. and allows you to see only those
programs that make sense with a given file.

kfsmd (kernel filesystem monitor daemon) is a
daemon to log and view kernel filesystem changes
using inotify. Its main purpose is to allow
libferris to reindex all updated files while you
are sleeping.

BFM (Brutal Filemanager) is a mixture between a
filemanager and a 3D shoot-'em-up game. In fact,
you can't really manage the files yet, just shoot
them up. Be carefull when using BFM! Some
weapons, such as the shotgun, have spread. So
files you didn't really aim at might get ...
wasted. Start BFM with the '-s' for safemode and
your files shall stay unhurt. It is written in
Java and uses the Java3D API.

Xffm Code Set is a set of applications and libraries which avoid reinventing features available from the Unix command line by using
interprocess communication with command line applications. The applications are managed from the Rodent Filemanager.

Gfilemanager is a GTK+ 2 filemanager with Samba support.

Docpile is a PHP-based document management
system that allows multiple people to share
documents and keep track of revisions. Users can
upload and download documents, grant per-file,
-user, or -folder access privileges, and send
notification emails when documents are being
updated. Administrators can create access
groups, each responsible for a different set of
folders and users.
