Based on layout for TOMOYO 1.8, documentations for TOMOYO 2.3 and AKARI have
been updated. There may be some errors and unclear descriptions remaining.
Feel free to report problems/questions.

Also, binary kernel packages for 1.8.1p3 for all supported distros are ready.
