This is because TOMOYO 2.2 and 2.3 have different message format.
TOMOYO 2.2 uses

"TOMOYO-%s: Access '%s(%s) %s' denied for %s\n"
"TOMOYO-%s: Access '%s %s' denied for %s\n"
"TOMOYO-%s: Access '%s %s %s' denied for %s\n"

format and TOMOYO 2.3 uses

"%s: Access %s denied for %s\n"

format.

Debian Squeeze uses TOMOYO 2.2 because the kernel version is 2.6.32, but
I think Debian Wheezy/Sid will be using TOMOYO 2.3 because the kernel
version will be 2.6.36 and later.
