Opale is a simple personal finance manager and planning tool. It can work with Qt-only (Linux, Windows, and Mac OS) or KDE (Linux only).
It provides graphs and pie charts. The file format is XML-based.

Major bugfixes
Translations are back (handled by code and installed). The French and German translations have been updated. Some files were not installed (icons and images). There are other important bugfixes.

Minor feature enhancements
Pie charts were added. The dialog for opening a
recent file is shown on startup. A mouse may be
used on graphics. More (human-)readable XML is
produced by using a new way of storing dates.
Mercurial is now used for source handling. cmake
is now used for the build system.
