BabyChess is a chess application. It understands PGN (Portable Game Notation) and FEN (Forsyth-Edwards Notation). It also lets you play chess against other people through ICS (Internet Chess Server) or against its built-in chess engine.

Esta versión introduce el Evaluador de Ajedrez, que sustituye al motor XBoard y el ICS (Internet Chess Server) del cliente. Hay un nuevo juego de ajedrez editor de archivo que tiene soporte para PGN (Portable Game Notation). El editor de juego ahora muestra la lista de movimientos, el saldo de obra, y pone de relieve el último movimiento en el tablero de ajedrez.

This version introduces the Chess Evaluator, which replaces the XBoard engine and the ICS (Internet Chess Server) client. There is a new chess game archive editor which has support for PGN (Portable Game Notation). The game editor now displays the move list, the piece balance, and highlights the last move on the chess board.

Anti-alised fonts and scroll-bars were added to the UI of Baby. Baby now has an "About"-window that displays the GNU GPL. A few bugs were fixed. This is the first release of both BabyChess and BabyFractal.
